Waiting (impatiently for Harmony test results)

Hello there ladies

I know this is a contentious subject (judging by some of the other posts on here!) but I was wondering if anyone was waiting for their harmony results at the moment?

I had my test done on Wednesday after finding out my result was a 1 in 47 chance. I am slightly older (at nearly 38) so know this will have some bearing.

My NT was 2.4 which at the time I was told was 'normal' but have since found out it's a little on the high side.

Anyway, I just wondered if anyone else was going through the same thing right now? The email checking is during me mad and I am finding it hard to concentrate on anything else.

I was also wondering, do the only call if the result is high risk or do they email in both situations? I didn't have the best experience with the clinic I was at so didn't ask this at the time.

Thanks, Emma

I’ve had my results yesterday and it was a good news - less than 1:10 000.

I hope everything will end the same way for you ladies, lots of love x

I’m so sorry to hear that. It’s sucj a scary and uncertain time. Everything else just seems to stop whilst you wait for the results.
This is our first pregnancy so all new to us anyway, I think if I was ever pregnant again I would skip the NHS tests after the anxiety it’s caused us.

We were given a 1 in 30 chance on the quad test of having Down syndrome.
We had our results back from the hospital today from our private SAFE test which is over 99% accurate and luckily we were very low chance for all 3 syndromes tested for.
We are beyond relieved! Apparently 0.00004% chance of having Down’s syndrome and less than 1 in a million for the other 2.
I think it is definitely worth paying for the more accurate test if people can as it has given us peace of mind.

Had my results today and low risk for all 3! 1:10,000 for trisomy 18 when the combined test stated 1:19. We are happy and relieved x

I had 12 wk scan with screening last Sunday. This is as far as we have ever got in pregnancy, as we have suffered 2 previous miscarriages before this before 12 wks.
This week I received a call from hospital informing me the results from the initial screening had come back as 1:78 for DS.
My NT was 1.2, my Pap A was 0.56 (so lower than average) and my HCG was 4 (higher than average).

I had a SAFE test later that day at the hospital but am now awaiting my results. I had such high anxiety before any of this came to light given our previous history, so now I just feel sick with worry and dont know what to do with myself.
Really hoping our results come back quickly as the wait is unbearable.

Sorry forgot to say I am 36

We were 1-18 chance of trisomy 18, with the harmony test it all came back low risk.
The anxiety is unbearable but try to stay positive xxx
