Hi all,

Posted in Pregnancy too but thought this might be better. Had a growth scan yesterday at 26 weeks (due to low papp a). The person I saw wasn't concerned about the measurments and the cord and placenta were fine...but having reflected on them I am a little concerned about the OFD being in the 95th percentile. Also that compared to the AC being much lower. How much attention should I be paying to these figures?Especially in terms of them all being different and the OFD being very extreme... my midwife is terrible so is not very helpful with things like this....am I just being my usual worrying! Thank you in advance x

Ultrasound is a 2d scan and they try to give you 3d measurements. If they're not concerned then don't look for issues

They are all absolutely normal measurements, nothing of concern there at all. Try to remember that we all come in different shapes and sizes, babies included.

Hi, sonographer here. Those measurements are completely normal and baby is growing as he/she should. Try not to worry 😊
