This is my second pregnancy and got my results back this morning for my Down syndrome test. It said my results is 1 in 404. It also said I won't need further testing. I am 32 years old. Is this normal for my age?
I am worried as it's a low number. Thanks.

your background risk is maybe 1 in 600 or so at age 32

so it's a bit lower than that but not much. risk of miscarriage with amnio is about 1 in 100 so they don't tend to offer it at that sort of risk

Harmony test is non-invasive and gives you a definite answer but only available privately
