25 week midwife appointment

Evening all, we have our 25 week check up tomorrow and I'm feeling really unsure as to what to expect. I've looked on the NHS and other sites. We are meeting a new midwife as the other one left in Jan so maybe that's why I'm feeling unsure of things but I wondered if anyone had any guidance on what to expect and what I should be looking to have answered or raised tomorrow?

From memory they took blood to check iron levels, measured the bump and listened to the baby's heartbeat.

Thanks all, for anyone with theirs still to come, bp checked, urine checked, bump measured 1cm for each week of pregnancy within 3cm of leeway (I'm nearly 24 weeks so should measure 21cm-27cm) , discussed birth plan options and any work/ health concerns xx
