First pregnancy resulted in a first trimester MC
This is our 2nd attempt and currently at 13w so still early days.

Results came through the post but should i be concerned with low bHCG?

Age = 28 yr
bHCG of 17.93 ng/ml = 0.45 MoM
NT of 1.7mm = 0.99 MoM
PAPP-A of 9394 Mu/L = 2.59 MoM

I don't think there are any known issues for that profile. I have low pappa a which has some risk of growth restriction (although this is small) but high pappa a would just mean a fab placenta! Your values aren't that out of range either. Looks like a brilliant result to me! Call ARC if you're worried but you really shouldn't be.

I would say you had nothing to worry about either - what grobagsforever said is absolutely spot on!
