Harmony test tomorrow and can't find email!!!

Do I just rock up at prescribed time? Do I have to drink 4 litre of ribena beforehand like with nhs scans or take anything in particular with me???

Very excited to be seeing baby for first time!!!

I went for one and just turned up - there are a couple of forms so worth leaving an extra 10 mins
