Is there a link between anti-d and autism?

Or is it just scaremongering stuff from America?

I had to have it last night after a knock and had a shot around 13 weeks. This is even before the 28 and 34 week shots.

I was very wary about having another shot last night and kept questioning it - all the medical staff replied very confidently that it was perfectly safe. Better to have it and not need it that to not have it and need it they said.

After looking into it on google (I know, I know) I have found some people are linking it to autism in children due to the mercury or thermisol in some brands.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is it more of a concern in US? Is it from jabs used previously and they now longer contain this?

Basically, is it a serious concern or just scaremongering? Thanks in advance
