Hi,
sorry if this is in the wrong place, but it seemed most relevant here.
I know this is really scatty but, when do I need to see my midwife again?
I know she told me when I first saw her at 5 weeks, but now I cant remember! I'm 16 weeks and have had my 12 week scan and results from my bloods and my next scan is booked for 21 weeks (because of christmas getting in the way!).
i am low risk and this is my first child.
I just can not remember when she said i needed to book another app with her.
Thanks.

hi - i can't quite remember as i had my first child a few years ago but i'm pretty sure that you're supposed to see your MW around 16wks for bloods, then just after your 20wk scan, and then again at about 28 wks for more bloods. it would be worth giving your surgery a call to doublecheck with them when you should be seen - i'm sure with your first time it's more regularly than with subsequent children.

congrats on your pregnancy by the way :)

Hiya you need to book a 16 week appointment with your midwife, did u have a booking appointment around 10 weeks? After 16 my midwife said she didn't need to see me till 24 weeks - then every 4 as it's my first - think it's slightly less if ur a 2nd timer. Xx
