Nuchal Fold/Soft Markers/Bloods Screening - Scotland?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anybody can recommend a place in Scotland where I could get this done? My local NHS hospital do the Nuchal test as part of the dating scan but they don't look for any other soft markers or the nasal bone etc.

I'm knocking on the door of 40 so would like to be able to get as accurate a risk statistic as possible where they also looked at the other soft markers.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Babybond do the Nuchal Fold test but I don't think they go into any more details apart from that. I live in NE Scotland but am happy to travel. Sadly the FMC in London is too far for me!

Many Thanks
Pie

Sorry dont know about who looks for soft markers, but dont even bother with the princess royal maternity in glasgow as they dont even offer the nuchal fold measurement unless you are haing twins.

Thanks guys!

missjulie - Aberdeen only do the nuchal fold they don't look for any other soft markers ie/ nasal bone (I had one here with DS but I was younger and less worried/aware if that makes sense). I think i'll give the Nuffield Hospital in Glasgow a call. x
