Subtle symptoms of PND

What symptoms of post natal depression did you experience? I'm battling with terrible indecision and wonder if this is a symptom?! Hoping to hear all the subtler symptoms!

Everyone is different and it's difficult to differentiate between hormone changes / lack of sleep/ possible birth trauma and adjusting to a massive change. The best person for you to speak to will be your HV who will let you know what to look out for and signpost any help needed.
