Everyone around me is struggling

I am 6 weeks post partum and have a 3.5 year old
I am in a country away from my husband who is super busy and everyone around me is struggling

my dad is older and out of a business or job or money with some debt
my mom is working to pay his debt off
my niece just got HFM disease .. I am already paranoid about the exposure and also feel so bad for my poor niece

I don’t know who to complain to even !

what have I even got myself into and those around me

still trying to manage my two daughters … feel some guilt for not giving time to my youngest

Sending sympathy, I am also 6 weeks postpartum with an older DD (she'll be 4 next week) and feeling guilty! It's hard!
