Baby’s femur measuring small?

Hi all, looking for a little advice, but mostly some success stories I suppose. Had a scan 2 weeks ago at 30 weeks and baby was weighing 3lb2oz, femur length a little short but just below 50th centile overall. Had a rescan today and he’s weighing 3lb4oz and dropped to below 3rd centile! Femur length being the problem as it’s barely grown at all. I have another scan in 2 weeks time at 34 weeks to check again but she said if it’s still not steady growth they’ll start looking towards placenta problems, genetic conditions and dwarfism?! and that they’ll start looking at intervention? I don’t like how the sonographer asked if I’d had the screening tests either (I opted not to).
The whole pregnancy has been a constant worry, my last was born at 29 weeks, He's luckily, perfectly healthy now, but I’ve had cervical scans and progesterone from 24 weeks due to incompetent cervix.
I feel like I just want to get him out now :( banned myself from googling, because it’s just a rabbit hole once you start and scares me even more! X

So sorry De, I have only just seen this. Everything went very well! They induced me at 37 weeks, as he’d stopped growing but he was born perfectly healthy- although a teeny 3lb5oz! Was put down to placenta problems in the end. Hope everything went okay with your pregnancy?! 💞

So happy to see all went well with your LO - i have been having same issues with short femurs since w29 & w31, measuring below 5%. Overall baby weight is slightly below 50%, as all
Rest of measurements. So i guess small baby? My initial DS scan was 1:20000 but doc suggested i do NIPT just to be safe. Ive been so anxious as i read things on "dr. Google" about short femurs as soft markers for DS & dwarfism. I just want to enjoy and be stress free these last weeks of my pregnancy journey.
