First period since pregnancy; feeling low

Hello, I wondered if anyone had experienced severe feels of low moods since their period returned? I feel low, anxious and exhausted. I just want to curl up and cry, but I can't. My ds is 7 months and I stopped breastfeeding about 1 month before my period came back.
I really just want to know I will feel better, as I'm in the pit 😟

@ouchr so sorry you were feeling so low. Have things improved at all?
