Period 5 weeks post partum, exclusively breastfeeding, confused!!!

My lo is 5 weeks tomorrow. My Lochia stopped about a week ago and I am pretty sure I've just started my period. I feel very premenstrual, I'm cramping and now bleeding.

I'm ebf and with my last I didn't have a period until 9 months after. I was hoping for this again!

Anyone got a similar experience?

After all my dc af arrived when they were 4 weeks old despite ebf.

I feel awful too, my plan to clean the house while baby napped is no more. Need a hot water bottle and some paracetomol!

The first one was always a rotter but settled down after that.
And at a few weeks pp you should be chilling anyway!!
