To get really pissed off when people ask me to do something whithout saying please?

Or thank you for that manner. Be it a boss or what ever. I was helping out at a fete today and the same woman told me to do this and do that very rudely. If she had asked me to do this and that ''please'' I would have been more inclined to do it but as it happens I told her to stop bossing me around.

She was not my boss- a colleague. Some people really get a kick out of being dominant don't they. Having people skills is so important. If you have good manners and charm you can have people eating out of your hands.

YANBU. I would expect my boss (currently a 2.4yo ) to say please and thank you, never mind a colleague. It's just common courtesy.
