Hi KerryM. I know I know. When they are here I always want to sit and put my feet up. It is a bizarre curse to miss them. They will be having a blast!. Off to get cuppa and perhaps half packet of biscuits!

iamamug · 01/06/2010 15:35

Great ideas girls - I would do al of the above and not get out of my PJs (apart from cinema visit of course)
Also what about getting soem girlfriends round for a film night - popcorn, cake etc and girlie films - and plenty of vino - you can lie in day after and no-one to bother you.
Sending big hugs............

Plopsie · 01/06/2010 20:34

Looneymum, I don't think it's at all unreasonable to feel a bit sad at the moment. When the children are under your feet you won't be able to have time to string two thoughts together but now the house is empty it's probably impossible not to feel a bit of regret about the end of a relationship which doubtless started out with as much hope of a happy and long future as any other.

I hope the last hearing goes ok and that you all manage to make happy futures for yourselves. Sending you hugs.

looneymum · 02/06/2010 22:34

Thx so much Plopsie. Just can't wait for Friday to be over and to hopefully get some closure and assurance that the DCs welfare will be looked after by the judicial system. I know the future will be bright as my DCs are wonderful and my partner is the best ever. Thx so much for posting. xx
