Ridiculous - get it right

Pattertwig · 09/05/2010 19:20

I think you mean "It's ridiculous."

and why not? not hurting anyone, is she?

tuarags · 09/05/2010 19:25

Dyslexia is not something to mock. Just a thought.

OP posts:
usualsuspect · 09/05/2010 19:26

Headbanger · 09/05/2010 19:26

can`t stand it when someone bring other peoples attention to spelling mistakes on here. Must be great to be perfect

TootaLaFruit · 09/05/2010 19:29

Tuarags, you are strange. Haven't searched your history but every slightly 'weird' post I have seen in the last couple of days has come from you...... are you trying to create a new MN persona?

scurryfunge · 09/05/2010 19:32

Each to their own...tootalafruit, little bit rude, accusing someone of being weird because of their posting style.

Lulumaam · 09/05/2010 19:34

tuarags, you keep pointing out how bullying and personal other MNers are.. why are you doing the same as you are accusing others of?

Tiredmumno1 · 09/05/2010 19:36

op just has not been very nice to certain people in the last few days, nit picking, so i wondered how she liked it!

and it was a barbie doll for a girl of 3 years 6 months not 36 years. did you even read it?

Exactly Tiredmumno1. Didn't mean to come across as rude, just wondering why the OP started a thread which clearly links to another one, yet has nothing to do with it and just seems to be stirring. I actually do stand by what I said, it's not the OP's posting style that I find odd, it's the very nature of her posts, which just seem designed to confuse or rub people up the wrong way.

Tiredmumno1 · 09/05/2010 19:45

Maybe its pmt

scurryfunge · 09/05/2010 19:46

That's possibly true Tootalafruit but you can ignore posts if you think they are inflammatory. If the poster wants a reaction, you are feeding the fire....trip trap, etc

TootaLaFruit · 09/05/2010 19:49

Aaaw, no fair - I never get involved in the inflammatory stuff, now I've had my knuckles rapped. I'm going back to lurking

Tiredmumno1 · 09/05/2010 19:49

But she obviously didnt even read the other thread. it had nothing to do with a 36 year old, so she commented on the title, she could have at least had the decency to read that thread before giving an opinion??

TootaLaFruit · 09/05/2010 19:51

Yes, tiremumno1, we are on the same page. I find it strange.

Oh dear. It was just me trying to be humerous. I really did not mean to offend in any way. I really am truely sorry for the spelling mistakes. I did not expect people to be so abusive.

OP posts:
Tiredmumno1 · 09/05/2010 19:55

That was no way abusive.

and it was not meant as a humerous joke and you know it. you made a mistake so you should be big enough to own up to that fact.

Lol toota

TootaLaFruit · 09/05/2010 19:56

Now I feel bad. Sorry Tuarags. I think sarcastic humour can get lost in translation, especially in aibu (this is not me being sarcastic, by the way.) I don't think anybody meant to be abusive. I read it wrong, and looks like (based on previous posts of yours) that others did too. Bygones?

Lulumaam · 09/05/2010 19:58

yes, it does get lost in transalation and AIBU is always a good place for a bunfight

tuarags · 09/05/2010 19:58

TootaLaFruit

No probs.

Just noticed. Better we all act in a responsible way. Yeah?

OP posts:
Tiredmumno1 · 09/05/2010 20:20

Some more responsible than others.
