Was feeling very virtous today so had a vegetable stirfry for dinner.

Then followed it with five jaffa cakes and a glass of wine.

That's balanced, right?

Wine is made of grapes - grapes are one of your five a day. Jaffa Cakes are made with a smashing orangey bit... another of your five

my day is way more balanced....apple for brekkie, salad for lunch with a little grated cheese and some olives (full of that good fat olives...) small orange for snack...now put big spud in oven to have with home made coleslaw in a bit (and lashings of butter!!!) so just balancing all that 'healthy' up with a couple of large whiskeys, a bottle of beer and a couple of packets of crisps!!!!!

I shared a flat with my sister for a few years in our twenties. When she went on a diet, she ate a bag of quavers for each meal with a few vodka and slimline tonics in the evening.

At the weekends, she'd also have a small bag of minstrels.

I think its much more sensible, OP, to eat the jaffa cakes before you get slaughtered have a few wines, as you're more likely to eat the entire packet if you eat them afterwards.
