Had impromotu drinka with neighbours.
Wine and cocktails.
Was sick when I got home at midnight.

Still feel so ill now, cannot eat, cant lift head off pillow.

DS1 is like a 'home alone' child - he had tomake his own lunch

oh no! You really need to try to eat or sleepto get over it. An hour in bed will make you feel much better.

SixtyFootDoll · 03/04/2010 16:23

Have slept on and off all day.

Have not been this bad for years.
Thought of food is making me feel sick, amd sipping water though.
DH is at work.

Poor you!
Cocktails are deadly

YANBU but YA a bit daft!
God, I couldn't drink more than 2 glasses of wine these days without getting pissed - a hangover is out of the question for me, I just couldn't cope the next day (I would be in similar parlous state as you are now)

Have some protein of some kind - nuts if you have them - it really does make a difference to the queasiness.

Hope you feel better soon!

Hot bath, soak it out. Then sit in jammies and drink a bottle of fizzy water.

SixtyFootDoll · 03/04/2010 16:33

will dig out my brazil nuts
What a waste of a day, silly me.

I agree with the fizzy water, or full fat coke if you have it. It will rehydrate you and do wonders for your blood sugar!
