to be a bit fed up with alternative therapies?

I've just had two reflexology sessions that were a very expensive way to have someone stroke my feet.

And when I developed severe headaches at work, due to poor computer set up, my boss insisted acupuncture would help and would not book a proper assessment till I'd paid someone a fortune to stick needles into me. And tried to sell me a 20 pound strip of cloth rubbed with tiger balm, which costs about 2 pounds to buy

If it works for you, fine, but I'm getting a bit fed up of people not taking ailments seriously till every "alternate" therapy has failed.

hope the computer has at least been set up properly now? that was poor of your boss to fob responsibility on to you and some acupuncturist!

I know someone who would rather spend £30 on some highly questionable preparation from a Chinese herbalist than take a paracetamol for a headache and I think WHY? baffling
