I brought a meal deal and didn't even tell DH about the lemon tiramisu . I ate it all. Eat and enjoy.

eat eat eat

Ask him if he wants it. If not, eat it.

If he ate your pudding, I'm sure you'd be pissed off

It amazes me how people can leave puddings, or eat half a bar of chocolate

which is probably why each of my arse cheeks has a separate postcode

Rejessta · 18/02/2010 17:40

Hell no, YANBU! That pudding is just sitting there, taunting you, it wants to be eaten!

Seriously, though, it's not like it's irreplaceable so what's the big deal.

Though... it's probably about 400 calories, a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips. Guess that means you should also get those running shoes on....

Now I want pudding!

Collision · 18/02/2010 17:41

eat it!!!!

heQet · 18/02/2010 17:47

AIBU - I had a pudding in the fridge that I was saving. I was looking forward to relaxing in front of the tv and eating it. Come to get it and my husband has only gone and eaten it! AIBU to kick him in the nuts?

No, not at all

Bastard.

What a mean thing, make him buy you another

Leave him

elmofan · 18/02/2010 18:02

yanbu - its a simple case of YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE - enjoy

juneybean · 18/02/2010 18:13

Haha my mam and dad did this, and I went round for tea last night and he hadn't eaten his, so he got it out in front of us, we were both just like the audacity!

A pudding belongs to a certain person for a certain meal - if they choose not to eat it at the meal then it's up for grabs!

issysmilkbottle · 18/02/2010 21:42

I've done it, its eaten and it was lovely!!!!

Wayyyyyy too late but I suddenly channeled William Carlos Williams:

This Is Just To Say

I have eaten
the plums
that were in
the icebox

and which
you were probably
saving
for breakfast

Forgive me
they were delicious
so sweet
and so cold

bumpybecky · 19/02/2010 14:42

we've got a house rule - if it's still there the next morning, DH's pudding becomes mine

funnily enough we've not needed a house rule that says my pudding ever becomes DH's....
