To think tesco are wrong

Popped to tesco last night, needed some bits for today, anyway we went to queue, but no one was on the normal tils just the self serve + basket tills, we were standing there for 20 mins the queue was half way down the shop. The then decide to get some tils open, this was just before 10, but instead of letting the ppl at the front get served all the ppl at the back got served first, how the hell does that work. I was so angry

Asda, in a queue with a basket of shopping, slow cashier. Luckily a new till opened beside, unluckily the new cashier came over and collected the man BEHIND me to take his trolley over to unload. I decided it would still be quicker to go after him, so swapped queue (quietly fuming), and unloaded my trolley on to the belt. Other people followed.
The man who had jumped in front of me - and knew it - packed his shopping and then realised he had left his wallet in the car. Cashier faffed for ages, then decided to put the trolley of shopping to one side while the man went to get his wallet. Then sat there looking blankly into space. I said "Aren't you going to put my shopping through?" Cashier "We've got to wait for him to come back to pay". Me "I don't think so, let him put it through again". Cashier "Can't do that, we have to wait". I then pointed out that the man might not even come back, and that I was losing patience now as said cashier had actually taken the man from behind me to serve him first, and I had been waiting bloody ages. Cashier insisted that we would have to wait. So, I told him he could occupy himself by getting my shopping removed from the belt and walked out with a red mist in front of my eyes.
OK, I had no shopping, but if I'd stayed there any longer I'd have ended up being arrested.
Best supermarket staff are in Aldi in my opinion.
