We have a british gas meter - it is costing us nearly £50 a WEEK admittedly, we have some insulation ishoos! Anyway - gas went again this morning, i put it onto emergency - but just dont want to put the heating on So have fired up our lovely wood burning stove which is bellowing out heat, and its lovely - and im sat here with slipper boots, the dog is deleriously happy with his head almost in the fire, i have a throw over me and the lap top on my lap - if i get up to do housework, im going to freeze - the kitchen is sub zero atm.
So, it is moraly right, i think, not to move from here until i have to pick DD up.
Also - FUCK YOU BRITISH GAS!!!
Does anyone know if it is more carbon neutral to burn coal than have the gas fired central heating on?
