ok, so same as most folk on here/across the world, diet was supposed to start today.
Have decided though, that its best to start next week. (Must add that once I am on diet, I am really good, and that I actually enjoy it)
Reasons for delaying are as follows
A) Its going to be a crap enough week without being starving too
B) Still have a load of xmas food still in - wasteful to throw it?
c) No healthy/diet food in - not shopping til Friday as have spent a ridiculous amount in Tesco recently (possibly related to b?)
D) Due on this week - never good time to start diet - PMT+lack of chocolate = serious
e)one week isnt going to make any difference?
So AIBU to have devoured bacon roll, with lurpak, and sauce?
