I went to work.
I came out of work early to pick poorly DD up from school early.
I shopped for dinner.
I cooked dinner for 5.
I cleared up after cooking for 5.
I put a wash on.
I will iron everybody's stuff for tomorrow.

DH has been to work and eaten the food I cooked.

He is now doing his bit by sorting out 7yo DD's bath and I am vegging on the sofa. Enjoy the p&q

See now that is one of the benefits of doing this on your own, granted you have every single thing to deal with but you DONT have the additional toddler project all sorts of angst on you.....

Enjoy, if the shouting bothers you, put some headphones/earplugs in. That'll bloddy well teach him to appreciate you a bit.

I have just broached the sunject of what went on upstairs. Apparently DD (just 1)was in the hall DH was having a pee, not concentrating on where she was and before he knew it she was holding her hands in the flow. She then went to lick her hands but he caught her and rapidly got her hands under a tap. He has also asked why I didn't some to help but I don't drae tell him I was too busy starting a thread On the upside he now knows his pelvic floor muscles work.

It's very important that your DH has this special time with the kids, he really should be thanking you.

oops thst is funny - my ds did EXACTLY the same thing to dh tonight. And i heard v similar yells from our bathroom!!!!

OH OOPS!! That made me laugh for the first time today!!! Thank you.

I have been up since 6.30
3 kids off to school
hung out washing
made beds opened blinds and windows (nobody does this in my house)
Drove 30 miles to college
Drove 30 miles back home
Brought in washing and hung out another load
ironed and put away
quick sweep and tidy of downstairs
made dinner and cleared up
homework = my own and dd
made dd pack lunch for tom

dh has been at work all day, came home fell asleep on couch, got up went out to football training, came back went for a run with his mate, now sitting on the couch watching football. I so want to be a man next time around
