Bloody mobile phone shops ie:- three

I have been having probs with my phone, which i only got last nov. Its already been sent off once, i was supposed to get it back in 3 days. It took them 3 weeks this because they lost it. This was only a month ago, + now i have another problem, so they want to send it off again. I just want to get my money back + get a more reliable phone, or go with a better company. I hate them so much aghhh.

they should replace it, can you take your complaint a bit higher up the ladder?

I think i might have to its just so annoying. That once they have your money. They dont care.

it's not good enough and you mustn't put up with it - write to them and threaten some adverse publicity
