How many times can you have a Cafcass report changed? plz can any one answer this question plz

A quick question Litchick at the moment i have not seen the cafcass report. My solicitor has got it but when i was on the phone to my solicitor for a short time. He did mention it was a draft copy. So does that my cafcass reporter cans still change the report?

Can anyone answer this plz ?
before the report go's into cour does it have to be sign by both parties i.e me and by my x? plz help

No, it doesn't get signed by both parties as it is meant to be an independent report looking at what is in the best interests of the child. You can argue for and against it in court before the judge decides whether to go with the recommendations or not.

It might be that as it's in draft form it might be changed by the CAFCASS officer before being submitted though.

Thank you for replying to my question it just that he claims that I have lied to cafcass and brain washed my son against him etc......
As far as I know the report went into court last week Monday, but my solicitor has got a draft copy. I?ll as her on Tuesday if did went into court.

What sort of contact has she recommended? What is it you are so concerned about?

the report has gone on my favour my x is not happy and wants his solicitor to sit in the next meeting when he meet his son at the cafcass center

my x claim I have lied and the report is not true now he want his solicitor to sit in the next meeting he is going to have with my son but the report went in to court last Monday and i am due in court in a few weeks time can the report still be changed ?

i don't know will find out later on in the week what sort of contact has been recommended
