ilovemydogandMrObama · 10/04/2009 23:35

Guess you can't sit on the couch with a missing hamster?

LadyOfScoffleTheEasterEggs · 10/04/2009 23:36

Do NOT cook a casserole!

psychomum5 · 10/04/2009 23:36

Oh crap. We lost ours a few times because hamster bit DH and he dropped the little bugger.

Turn off the telly and listen for the telltale scrabbling noises.

theDreadPirateRabbits · 10/04/2009 23:37

at LadyOS

psychomum5 · 10/04/2009 23:38

tis ok, we know where it is............tis the getting it out that is the new problem.

it is behind the side board, but it likes it behind there(has been lost before, when I was in hosptial), and only comes out for custard creams...............

DH giggling is the funniest thing

maybe the fact that you find a missing hamster amusing whilst your vioelnt partner is in the same house as your children is a more pressing mattter? no?

YanknbeforetheCockcrows · 10/04/2009 23:41

lucky! When ours went walkabout once, we didn't find it for 24 hours. DH went into the bathroom and found him munching on the bath mat, ripping off bits to make himself a nest under the bath.

He was emptying bits of fluff from his cheek pouches for days!

YanknbeforetheCockcrows · 10/04/2009 23:43

JB, I think he 'tried to kill her' by mistakenly giving her something she's allergic to! Don't think he's actually violent!

QuintessentialShadow · 10/04/2009 23:44

Well, as long as it is not fetching plates from behind the cistern....

Claire2009 · 10/04/2009 23:45

JB, I'm taking PM's "Not only has he tried to kill me" sarcastically...............

JacquelineBouvier · 10/04/2009 23:47

oh

theDreadPirateRabbits · 10/04/2009 23:47

I'm seeing this is a mini-Classics roundup. Just needs to find the hamster shredding a shopping list and making pirate noises

LadyOfScoffleTheEasterEggs · 10/04/2009 23:47

PMSL!

psychomum5 · 10/04/2009 23:48

sorry, DH tried to 'kill' ne last week with butter (am very allergic and he cooked me an omelette with butter in it.........I went into anaphylactic shock and he had to 'stab' me (give me my epipen), and then prooved love b calling an ambulance).

sorry for any mis-understanding.

hamster now caught BTW, with cumcumber

OP posts:
JacquelineBouvier · 10/04/2009 23:50

tsk, am obviously trying to derive any drama from the Masters possible, sorry.

in my defence, have had 2 bottles of wine though!

psychomum5 · 10/04/2009 23:52

we can do pirate noises.....

ahahhhhhh me hearties

Or is that too graphic

OP posts:
Claire2009 · 10/04/2009 23:53

LMAO at this

YanknbeforetheCockcrows · 10/04/2009 23:56

Yay! re: the recovered hamster. I'm afraid to lose ours in our new house. Much bigger, and he might go off to join the band of squirrels that live in the attic. . .

theDreadPirateRabbits · 10/04/2009 23:56

Ah, but do the pirate noises turn on the giggling DH?

chefswife · 11/04/2009 00:00

...

psychomum5 · 11/04/2009 00:00

I think he would be scared if I do them too manlyish tho
