To campaign for a "Relatives You Actually Like And Get On With Day"?

Having read all the angst surrounding this coming mothers' day and knowing that it'll all kick off again, on fathers' day, would anyone like to join me in a campaign for the instatement of a "Relatives You Actually Like And Get On With Day"?
Just think, whilst all those mothers, fathers, grannies and grandads are, in some cases undeservingly, getting all the thanks and credit, there are many unsung brothers, sisters (blood and in-law), aunties, uncles and cousins six-times-removed who deserve recognition.
Marketing the mechandise would be easy, each gift or card could come with a marker-pen to fill in the appropriate relation in the blank.
Plus, in these days of financial insecurity, think how many florists, card-sellers, chocolatiers etc who only really make a profit on certain days of the year, would reap the benefits of an additional guaranteed day of panic-buying? Hey, it might even generate more jobs!
Join me, people to give those unsung relations of yours the thanks they deserve!

I heart my sister-in-law. (Dh's sister and not the psychobitch who is married to my brother).

Yep, I heart my sis-in-law, too. Although my bro's first wife was a nightmare, his second attempt was waaaaayyyyyy nicer. I really wish she was my sister, as much as she loves my bro, she totally gets the total web of deceit and dysfunction my family has been tangled in, and we can discuss it knowingly and nobody gets hurt!
