to go and collect our 2 sons from my good friend who has collected them from school , fed them, and took them to school for me this morning (I am struck down with chest infection and other things)straight Away when he gets in rather than.....

.....going into the kitchen and making himself, I repeat HIMSELF a giant bowl of pasta 'because he hasn't had a hot meal since Sunday'

Our daughter is in her room tidying it up, he didn't even ask her if she wanted any!!!! Or me!!! He's not normally a prat but for heavens sake.

I must be feeling better because I am hacked off.

I would be hacked off too.
He could have picked the boys up, sorted them out and then made dinner for himself and your DD.

Thankyou. Thats all I wanted to hear.

Why do men not think?? He has a bit of free time so he thinks 'ooh what can I do for myself??'

Where as I feel mortified that my friend has had my boys for the second time this week because I'm not well.

Blinkin heck.
