I work all day everyday, never see my kids, never have any money, am always worring, And have now had enough. Piss off and don't care about anything or anyone. Or perhaps need a holiday

why is it all so hard? has it always been like this? sounds v difficult. are you having some time at home at christmas?

SilentMNight · 13/12/2008 22:01

Are you always "working" or "worrying" or both? Are you a chappy ie male. Whatever your gender, what about your partner?

BouncingTinsel · 13/12/2008 22:01

I quit my job this week because it was aggravating my depression - was doing a stressful job longish hours, hardly see my baby ds during the week for me to contribute an extra £200 a month.
Going to look for part time work in the new year, we'll manage on dh's income but it will be tight and we'll have to live even more frugally than before.

VirginBoffinMum · 13/12/2008 22:01

Sounds like you need a joint and a Welsh tipi break to me. The capitalist conspiracy is really getting to you, man.

happychappy · 13/12/2008 22:09

Virgin, I reckon, not so sure though, not my thing.

Silent, I'm a working Mum but hubby spendaholic man. Just tired and little drunk. finally have a night off and letting off stream.

I work 2 - 9 everyday so never at home when kids awake and know next week busier than every but not bringing enough in. Lifes shit and then you die hey!

Can you tackle your dh re his spendaholic ways? If there's a joint account, would closing it help you feel more in control? Just wonderin'...

SilentMNight · 13/12/2008 22:18

Oh dear all sounds a bit crap. BTW you can swear look .... fuck piss bollocks. Try it, it won't help longterm but it might make you feel better tonight.

MNers love a good swearfest - if you want to go for it you'll have plenty of pissflaps joining you. [fgin]

SilentMNight · 13/12/2008 22:19

"Soapy titwank" always does it for me. As it were.

CrackopentheBaileys · 13/12/2008 22:27

ha thats class.... I once saw an awesome episode of Ab Fab in which Edina shouted 'what the buggerybollox is this?'

That is now my most favourite thing to say.... when the kids are out of earshot!

happychappy · 13/12/2008 22:27

I love the word cunt. It generally makes me feel much better when I'm pissed. And it pisses my mother off.

happychappy · 13/12/2008 22:47

I suppose it depends on your point of view. To my mind its my mothers face that make the second option a better one for me
