To want to strangle my husband?

Ronaldinhio · 05/12/2008 10:48

He has gone to work this morning in my car with my keys, his keys and the house spare keys.

No, he does not have a key obsession but he is STOOOOOPID!!

Anyway it means that I can't go out and get my hairdone which was my Christmas treat before our company Christmas party.

Not the end of the world but worthy of a little light strangulation, non?

lol dp did that to me once. I phoned him and told him, in no uncertain terms, that he was to bring my keys straight back immediately.
he did as well!

Ronaldinhio · 05/12/2008 10:54

I have called him and he said
"I suppose you think this is my fault" is it just me or am I married to kermit the frog?

either he comes back, or you send a taxi for the keys, to be delivered to you at the hair dresser!

Blinglovin · 05/12/2008 10:55

Did I clarify that the taxi would take you to the hairdresser first?

AnguaVonUberwald · 05/12/2008 10:56

I love "I suppose you think its my fault" Who's fault does he think it is?

AlistairSim · 05/12/2008 11:00

Kermit would never do something so daft.

Fuzzy the Bear on the other hand....

AlistairSim · 05/12/2008 11:00

Or is it Fozzy?

zenandtheartofbaking · 05/12/2008 11:01

Yes, can he get the keys couriered to you?

My dh has had to do that twice.

Bless.

sunnygirl1412 · 05/12/2008 11:06

I'm glad I'm not the only one - my dh used to go off with my keys on a regular basis. Luckily a neighbour had a spare house key for me, but I did end up having to take the cat to the vet in a taxi, because dh had all the car keys at his office in London.

Oh - and I did make him come all the way back home once, to return the keys to me, and got a taxi to and from the station to pick them up - all on him.

In the end, I got a really girly keyring - a sparkly pink angel, if I remember right, so that there was less chance of his picking them up by accident. He also took the car keys off his house keys keyring, and left the carkeys in his bedside drawer when he wasn't using them, so that between spare house keys and his carkeys being in the drawer, I could manage if he DID waltz off to work with my keys complete with sparkly pink angel!

My DH did that to me once when I was due to go into hospital for a bloodtest whilst pregnant. I had to phone then MW to explain and reschedule!

Ronaldinhio · 05/12/2008 11:12

Love the couriered idea and have called to ask him but he won't take my call!!
(I may have given him a bit of a mouthful earlier)
Bloody hell looks like its roots and badly straightened hair for me.
