It's family bonding time innit? None of us are keen on Strictly Jon Sargeant, DS doesn't like X Factor, so Merlin it is. We're all happy with it. Am with Slayerette re the Arthur drooling opportunities, DS waves his toy sword around when he watches it and DD likes Morgana's dresses and her prettiness.

Lol! RetiredGoth and Katisha. We love Merlin too. I think the plots are paper thin, but sometimes it's nice to watch things which aren't too challenging. I love that we all snuggle up & watch it together

Merlin is a big hit in the dalek household, especially as there is no Dr Who at the moment - DD loves it and may well be getting it for Christmas on DVD. I to have an inappropriate crush on Arthur. Isn't Lancelot played by the actor who was Isaac Mendes in Heroes?

Ahhh we love Merlin too.. for me it's mainly because we watch it as a family after a busy saturday running about... it's a good sub for Dr who..

But to any of thos who have a crush on Merlin... NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooo you can't do that!! DS1 is the spit of him! and that's just wrong wrong wrong!! LOL

Expat is going to absolutely wither me with comments about this, but, at certain times, he looks very similar to David Tennant. (obviously wrong hair colouring, but there is something about his smile that reminded me of DT in Casanova).

Definitely 2nd best to Dr Who but we enjoy sitting down to watch it together.

Just been watching Saturday's episode again on iPlayer and Arthur is very very similar to DT. Expat, the fact that you find Arthur hot (could this be the first man we have agreed on?) gives me hope that you will one day feel able to admit your passion for DT!
