to have a day off sick

I am 6 months pregnant with my 3rd child. I work 4 days a week as a non class based SEN teacher. Today my hayfever is bad i feel really ratty and tired to be honest every step feels like an effort. Is it unreasonable to have had the day off to rest when basically I am pregnant not sick - I feel soooooo guilty!!!

benandoli - you don't have to be incapacitated to be ill! Hayfever is awful if you can't do anything about it (I'm in exactly the same boat as you). Do try your doctor though as some hayfever treatments are ok for pregnancy
