I have received child maintenance for my child for the last 2 years.
I received a notification from the CMS with a payment change.
my ex and his wife are claiming they have split and she has moved out with the children, therefore is claiming maintenance from him. They have 3 children so my child’s maintenance has gone down by around 50%
unbeknown to them my cousin and her husband live in the same street. My cousin has said the wife and children still live there, nothings changed. I have made CMS aware of this. What are the chances they will actually look into this.
