Does this looks like a chickenpox??

Started yesterday with some minor looking spots, some with white ends. Today looks more red and aggressive, probably also due to picking them, no itchy at all! Few spots/rash in groin area but nowhere else on the body. Nothing on the hands/feet/mouth. No fever no discomfort.

Looks more like hand, foot and mouth. My kids had very few spots on their hands and feet, was mostly around/in their mouth and nappy areas.

Chicken pox is usually itchy and usually get a fever at the start.

Yes could be chickenpox, see if it gets itchy and scabs over, if its chickenpox. I would show it to the nurse or doctor

Its not the typical presentation for chickenpox. More likely to be hamd foot and mouth

Chickenpox forms fluid filled blisters. Doesnt sound like thats what they were

NHS guidance is don't have to stay off school if well in themselves. Check in case school has local policy but otherwise should be fine to go in if it's HFM (it's really doing the rounds at the moment)

The one in the middle of his chin looks like molluscum contagiosum. Did they all look like that before he scratched them?

I’m more worried about spreading them if it’s something more contagious. He’s been totally fine since yesterday. He’s been absolutely fine apart from the spots.

They looked like very small pimples. You wouldn’t notice them from afar. Today they are more red and prominent.

yup. I would see what night brings but wouldn’t be sending to school without seeing doctor.
