Hairdressers - does this bother you?

Actually 2 questions. The first is just a quick yes / no. Does it bother you if people colour their own hair to save money?

Secondly: I have a dry scalp, I've tried all sorts and sometimes it's great. Other times it's not. No rhyme or reason

I also have dry skin behind and in my ears. I moisturise but sometimes it's really bad

I loathe going to the hairdressers because of this. I sit there hating it as I feel so paranoid

I've not been in months and really need a cut but I'm holding back because it's really dry at the moment.

Does it bother you? Would you hate doing my hair?

Absolutely no problem to me anybody colouring their hair at home. I fully understand the cost is astronomical now and nobody is going to take any notice of your dry scalp or hair. Please don’t worry Hair hairdresser of 50 years here and still working.

I’d say if a hairdresser is bothered then they’re a rubbish hairdresser and it’s time to find a new one!

No problem re hair dye. A couple of the salons I've worked at,you can bring in your own boxed dye.

You will never be judged if you have dandruff or dry skin so please don't worry x

I'm pretty sure most of these have now closed down.
