Christmas tree spotted in someone’s window in south London yesterday. Shocking.

Not just yet. I like to wait for 12:01am on 1 November.

I'm not unreasonable. I let the Halloween lovers have their moment 🎄

I wouldn’t purely as it may spoil it by becoming white noise you could maybe hold back something significant to boost it for the couple of weeks before Christmas. I’m going to write this although it comes across like a criticism of a previous poster and I don’t want it to but sometimes people put Christmas decorations up very early because a member of there family isn’t going to live that long. Just thought it may save someone embarrassment in the future.

That's a very good point x

I’ve finished my autumn wreath things today so they will be going in the window tomorrow with pumpkin string lights and led lights. Give them a month then bring on Christmas 😁😁😁

Wtf???

This is why I HATE Christmas! Why can’t it be the three weeks or so of my childhood, when it was special and magical? Why does it need to go on for months?

Gah!!

Edited to acknowledge the people who might be doing it for devastating personal reasons.

Get Hallowe'en and Guy Fawkes done, then the tinsel can come out.
