What’s this rash on my DS?

It’s itchy and red as you can see. He has it yesterday morning too, then it wore off during the day. I did give piriton. However it seemed much less itchy and less red by the afternoon.

Now first thing this morning he’s itchy it a lot again and it’s bright red. I’ve changed his bedding in case that’s what is causing the issue.
He hasn’t eaten anything unusual. It seems localised to that area (his chin, jaw neck mostly)

Looks like my eczema. Could be the colder air.

I had something similar recently, took me a while to work out I'd accidentally washed pillow slip in daz, (usually use non bio sensitive detergent for me as know i have sensitive skin), looks like allergic reaction.
