AIBU to report neighbours for antisocial behaviour after years of problems?

I've put this in AIBU but will move if it's not appropriate .
Has anyone ever reported their neighbours for antisocial behaviour ? If so then what happened and did it help your situation at all ?
Our NDNs have been PITAs for years . Loud music very late at night . Dope farming . Inconsiderate parking . Revving cars and speeding down the street . You get the picture .
Recently though it's really gone up a few gears . New people moved opposite . Decent and nice people who we have become friends with . Which seems to have enraged them .
Also , my son (two years younger than their son who doesn't work and spends his days in room smoking dope and playing video games) has left college . Got an apprenticeship . Passed his driving test . Got a car . Doing okay for himself .
Again , this has evidently bothered them as they have been on his case constantly about where he parks (have told him he's not allowed to park infront of their house , have parked so close to him that he can't open his driver's door - you get the picture) . My son is pretty relaxed but they evidently are trying to intimidate him .
This morning their son bawled at me (and I mean bawled) as he claimed me getting my bin in had woken him up . It was 9.15am .
There are lots of other things I could add but it would take forever .
I have dates , times , recordings and witnesses as two other households have also been subjected to their nonsense .
AIBU to report them for antisocial behaviour or should I leave it ? (My husband says the police will do nothing and me reporting them could make it worse) .
Thank you for feedback .

Do they own or rent the house?

They can't enforce the rule they created about your son parking outside their house. This is because they don't own the road, the road will not be privatly owned because it is owned by the local authority ( council).

I suggest you inform the council about their anti social behaviour and your nieghbour(s) will get a warning for harassment, which should teach them to back off.

The only thing you need to do, is not retaliate.......its hard I know but it is to prevent the nieghbours from blaming you and your son, in an effort to get you both in trouble, as. they could be jealous.

I suggest that it's an either or

Either move or Complain to everyone about everything

You should have started reporting them years ago. Why would you willingly tolerate this for so long? Weed farming? Presumably the police busted the door down and raided them?

Dope farming - report to the police
Everything else - report to the council

I would report to the Council with as much info with dates and times. They will monitor it and can take action.
