AIBU to feel fed up after stomach flu ruined my plans

Since Monday I have been down with stomach flu - hot n cold flushes , drained, constant trips to the loo (only the bottom end)
I have no idea where and when I picked it up from

I am getting better but really hate being ill and ruined plans due to this

I don't think anyone likes being ill or cancelling plans because of it.

Stomach flu??? I assume you mean diarrhoea? In most cases this will pass of its own accord within 48hrs. Keep up your fluids or dioralyte if profuse. Follow the BRAT diet and take it easy. Don't mingle/go out for 48hrs after your last, loose motion to avoid passing it on!

I mean yeah it's annoying but 🤷 I don't think anyone likes to be ill or have to cancel stuff but pretty run of the mill. I might be slightly jaded as I have multiple chronic illnesses which means cancelling (or never making plans in first place!) is just totally normal for me.
