To ask if you use an agenda?

I realise they’re probably a little out dated in 2026!

But I have just had a promotion at work and need to be more organised than just noting things on a post it note and sticking stuff in my calendar, so I’ve picked up an agenda from tiktok shop. But I was just wondering if career women actually still use them? Will I look like an idiot?

Set up an automatic AI prompt asking what tasks you need to do during the week. And near the end of the week do another one to check if you've missed any.

You could add notes to your physical agenda as well if you like to write things down (I do as well, I like marking them off when done).

I don’t really use A.I. as a matter of principle, and I work in a very confidential industry, so A.I. is discouraged!

I have a paper diary and find it invaluable. I can look at it while on the phone. It write reminders in it (chase up quote, buy present for party next Sat). I write my meal plan in it, shopping list is added to the day I do the food shop. I use it for work stuff and home stuff. I tuck important receipts in the pocket at the back. I write my to do list in there and carry it over each week. Writing stuff down helps me remember, and seeing it al written down helps me focus and plan my workload. I have tried going digital, but there’s something I can’t replicate going on with paper. Plus I don’t need the tech bros knowing my menstrual cycle or when I’m planning to test the smoke alarm.
