The problem with town mouse v country mouse is they didn’t include jobs and working !

As it all well and good living in the countryside but when you’ve got to work, you spend so much time driving for the majority

where did they include that in the children’s book eh !!!

Their work was finding food!! silly

Town mouse had plentiful supplies, but there was always the danger of the cat.

Country mouse lived off the land and had more wholesome food - like fresh blackberries...

Loved that book 😃

I have the older version of the book from my own childhood, and it always makes me chuckle that the CAT is in capital letters!
