The tradition is that she buys you a gift, as an appreciation of your role.

You should buy the couple a wedding gift (or cash) in the same way as other guests.

I think you've already done everything that could be expected of the MOH, because planning the hen do and helping with wedding planning is mostly what it is. As for the gift, I don't think you need to go overboard and do more than other guests, as other commenter said! Maybe make a cute wedding reception slideshow with photos of the couple to play during the event as another nice gesture, but in general I don't think there is anything else you need to do. Also yeah, traditionally the bride gets you a gift as a sign of appreciation for your effort and support.

Some moh do a speech

On the day
Have a bag with small essentials for the bride
Help her get dressed
You hold her bouquet during the service
Ensure her veil (if she has one) and dress is displayed well for the ceremony and photos
You celebrate her

Organise the hen do (not pay for it, but chip in to help cover brides meal( singular) along with other hen do guests).
Help dress bride if requested to (discuss first).
Help bride go to toilet with her dress throughout day as needed.

Don’t look at the ridiculous list of duties entitled American bridezillas expect. Being a MOH is a honour but shouldn’t cost you anything extra that a normal guest would pay (in fact it should cost you less if the bride is providing the outfit for you to wear also).
