Sold my daughters amanzi swimsuit for 15 pounds very good condition and buyer has swapped it for one of their mouldy costumes. Requested the costume to be returned and its covered in black mould, its very clear in my photos there is no black mould. On inspectation the labels were different hers were faded on the writing in places, where as mine werent. On further inspectation theres more mould than what was disclosed, fading to the straps where its clearly been treated with beach. Gave my evidence of before photos and what I got back and got this response 5 minutes after submission.

Item was dry and packaged carefully. This buyer had one review where as I have 100 reviews with 5 stars how is this fair. I have heard this is one of the biggest scams ordering the same items then swapping them and requesting a refund.
