To have a 5 year olds birthday party at 4-6pm on a Saturday?

Would you be happy to go to a 5 year olds birthday party at 4-6pm?

Food will be served towards the end of the party, so 5.30 ish- is that too late?

I prefer mornings as DD is tired and grumpy by that time, much rather the 9am one we have on Saturday when she has loads of energy. But we would come still, just try to limit her activity in the day.
Have had to turn down a 4:30pm party this Friday as it’s a family party and involved more travel so just too late for us. But the child is older so works for them.

TBF having to take DC to a party is generally a little bit of a day ruiner for me, it's pretty irrelevant what time it is! But DC love going to parties, so I always say yes and plaster a smile on my face.

Doesnt that just sum up parenting? Thetes loads of stuff we do because its good for the children, not because its something we enjoy.

Would be a perfect time for me! I hate the early morning ones!
