Has this break up affected anyone’s mental health? Feel like I’m gonna have a breakdown
Yet he stopped showing me any affection 6 months before he left and wondered why I felt like I was going crazy? 💔
My best… still wasn’t good enough and that kills me
My soulmate walked away 3 weeks ago

He’s not your soulmate clearly. He sounds like a selfish arsehole. It’s hellish now but you’re so better off without him.

OP has posted millions of times about this.

@TheOpalFox, please seek professional help.

Hello, OpalFox. Knew it was going to be you.
Please do yourself the kindness of being really honest about that relationship. He was no flipping soulmate! Treated you like dirt and brought nothing but stress and anguish into your life.
But you insist on viewing it all as THE grand romance, and this is stopping you from getting yourself back together and moving forward.

I hope you and your household are managing anyway, and your son has got over his sadness.

Have you been to see your GP yet @TheOpalFox? It's been suggested many times on your multiple threads that you seek support for your mental health.

I have read your other posts and actually he was a nasty piece of work. Loosing someone who takes up a lot of space in your life is horrible. It's a big change. You need to try to move on now even if it's just tiny step by tiny step. Whenever you post people offer good advice and you need to read what they say and follow their advice.
