Vinted buyer probably damaged item on purpose

I sold a funko bitty pop on Vinted. Buyer is saying it is damaged and wants a refund.

They won't supply photo of packaging. They also removed the outer seal on the item. They won't supply a photo before they removed the seal. The inside figure looks fine. The only way the plastic would be damaged would be by applying force like stepping on it.

I think it's possible they could have removed the figure then damaged the plastic then took photos.
Sorry if I didn't explain that well.
What should I do?

Initiate a return that they have to pay for then when it arrives if it’s not how you sent it you can suspend the return and vinted will investigate. I would video you opening to the returned parcel

Let vinted step in because they ask for photos from the buyer and decide if it was packaged properly

Thanks for replies.
I asked for photos of packaging and before they removed the outer seal and they said they don't have any photos.

I initiated a return where buyer pays and they sent messages saying they want a prepaid label, or a partial refund

Vinted rules are that the buyer pays return postage. Just keep referring to that.
