To be disappointed Lidl doesn’t have the Milbona protein kefir anylonger?

Went away for 3 weeks and now I can’t find the Milbona protein kefir which DC really like. Also good for the gut. The other drink which is not kefir doesn’t have it

Where can I get it? Or is there a similar protein kefir which is good anywhere?

I don’t want to sound all Mumsnetty but have you thought about doing it yourself? It’s ridiculously easy. You just buy the grains, shove them in a jar with whatever (we use cows milk) then you just tip the kiefer out once a day and put new milk in.

I never buy added protein stuff, I dont know much about it but don't think adding a thousand extra grams of whey powder or whatever can't be good for you? Usually upf surely? Need to research

They do a kefir yogurt drink which is nice. It's Milbona or a Biotiful ripoff called Beautiful lol

I don’t want to buy the protein drinks; who know what is on them. Not sure about making it either.

DC like a protein drink (socisl media crap) and I was getting away with the protein kefir) which showed 23 grams of protein on the picture.

I am in Sainsbury’s and can’t find similar

Lots of kefir drinks and lots of protein drinks; but not a kefir protein one with 20 or more grams of protein

They have quite a few different brands of this on Amazon via Morrisons. Or just buy it in store if you have one near you.

How old are the children because they can be in charge of making it. That’s what we do, it’s my dd who has it for her ezecma (I can’t spell it) and she does the process herself.

Our Lidl seems to have it on and off, sometimes other ones have it when it doesnt
