Hi all
my daughter is being harassed in our home causing her mental health to deteriorate significantly
a bit is organising other boys to come and kick our door on multiple occasions they throw eggs beans and most recently put paint over our ring door bell and threw stuff at our window we don’t know what’s coming next
the evidence we have is:
seen coming past on e scooter day after incidents
cctv of him and friends walking part day after trying to smash windows day before a boy he was with was sent to the door
I believe he is communicating with another kin in the street to see when my daughter is home
cctv of him with his hoody and rucksack on
a girl who this happened to also - she was told it was him by 2 of his friends
I have spoke to his mum who was very conflicting one minute he wasn’t here that day the next she’s saying cctv will pick him up in the area as he lives nearby
saying he doesn’t have an e scooter when I have seen him on one 2 x
police are hopeless
do I have enough to apply for an order to prevent him coming near our home and my daughter ?
